摘要 利用真空管式热解炉对延长油田含油污泥进行真空热解,研究了以活性白土为催化剂,在真空度70 k Pa时,热解终温、保温时间、升温速率对油回收率的影响,对热解工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明,含油污泥真空热解油回收率影响因素由大到小的次序为:保温时间>热解终温>催化剂加量>升温速率,保温时间对油回收率影响最大;理想的热解工艺参数为:热解终温440°C,保温时间140 min,催化剂加量1%,升温速率5 K/min;真空热解是含油污泥资源化利用的切实可行的方法之一。 Vacuum pyrolysis of oil sludge from Yanchang oilfield was studied. Under catalysis of aetivited clay and vacuum degree of 70 kPa, influence of pyrolysis temperature, retension time, temperature raising rate on oil recovery yield was investigated and the pyrolysis tech- nology was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. It was found that factors influenced oil recovery yield in the following order, retension time 〉pyrolysis temperature 〉catalyst dosage〉temperature raising rate. Retension time had a great effect on oil recovery yield. The ideal pyrolysis parameter was, pyrolysis temperature 440 ℃, retension time 140 min, catalyst dosage 1%, temperature raising rate 5 K/min. Vacuum pyrolysis was proved to be an effec- tive resource recovery way for oil sludge.
