摘要 以来自印度和澳大利亚的16份鹰嘴豆种质为试验材料,应用ISSR分子标记对其进行遗传多样性分析,为今后鹰嘴豆育种亲本的筛选提供参考.结果表明,7条ISSR引物对所有鹰嘴豆材料进行扩增,共获得60条带,其中多态性条带数为44条(76.05%).遗传相似系数(GS)变化范围为0.5806~0.9545,平均遗传相似系数为0.8182.通过聚类分析,在GS=0.83处可把16份鹰嘴豆种质聚为5类,其中ICCV05111(第Ⅰ类)、FLIP97-114C(第Ⅳ类)和Jimbour(第Ⅴ类)分别单独聚为一类,ICCV98818、ICCV98816和ICCV06107聚为一类(第Ⅱ类),其他10份鹰嘴豆材料聚为一类(第Ⅲ类). 16 chickpea genotypes introduced from Australia and India were analyzed for genetic diversi- ty by using inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSR) markers in the study. The results showed that all chickpea materials were amplified with seven ISSR primers and 60 DNA fragments were amplified, among which there were 44 (76. 050%) polymorphic DNA bands. Genetic similarity coefficient varies between 0. 5806-0. 9545 and the average was 0. 8182. Cluster analysis showed that 16 chickpea genotypes could be divided into 5 groups at the GS=0.83. ICCV05111 (GroupI), FLIP97-114C (Group IV) and Jimbour (GroupV) were clustered into a separate group, respectively. ICCV98818, ICCV98816 and ICCV06107 were clustered into Group Ⅱ , and the other 10 chickpea genotypes were clustered into Group Ⅲ.
