老芒麦种质资源形态多样性分析 被引量:24

摘要 对产自我国内蒙古、新疆等不同分布区的21份老芒麦种质资源的8个形态性状进行数量统计分析的结果表明:8个形态性状在材料间均表现显著差异,老芒麦种质资源遗传变异丰富;Shannon-weaver指数分析显示,21份材料在8个性状上具有丰富的遗传多样性(H′=1.7416);基于形态性状的聚类分析把21份材料聚为4类;通过多变量的主成分分析,前3个主成分代表了老芒麦形态多样性的73.52%,叶舌长度、叶长、小穗长及小花数等性状是造成老芒麦表型差异的主要因素。 Eight morphological characteristics of 21 Elymus sibiricus L. germplasm resources from Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and other different distribution areas were studied by statistical analysis. The results showed that the genetic diversity of 21 accessions was abundant, variation occurred remarkably in eight morphological characters. Shannon-weaver index analysis of variation in eight characteristics of 21 Elymus sibiricus accessions showed that there was an abundant genetic diversity (H1= 1. 7416). 21 Elyrnus sibiricu L. accessions were clustered into 4 groups based on the morphological data. Principal component analysis showed that first, second and third principal component totally represented 73.52% of morphological diversity. Ligule length, leaf length, ear length and flowerlets per spikelet were mainly factors which produced morphological variation of Elymus sibiricus L.
