不同苜蓿材料分枝期生长与结瘤的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 选取苜蓿属的黄花苜蓿、蒺藜苜蓿、德国苜蓿、扁蓿豆、草原3号杂花苜蓿、天蓝苜蓿6份材料,种植于有效N、P含量不同的两种土壤中,测定分枝期株高、生物量、根瘤数量和重量等指标,比较两种土壤养分下6份苜蓿材料的生长与结瘤差异。结果表明,除扁蓿豆外,其余5份材料在有效N、P含量较高的土壤上生物量均显著高于养分少的;除草原3号外,其余材料在有效N、P含量较高的土壤上根瘤数量与重量均高于养分少的;在有效N、P含量相对较高的土壤上,苜蓿分枝期的生物量与根瘤数量、根瘤重量均呈显著正相关。 The plant height, biomass, root nodule number and weight of six Medicago materials (Medicagofalcata L. cv. Hulunbeier, Melilotoides ruthenica (L.)Sojak. cv. Zhilixing, M. varia Martin. cv. Caoyuan No. 3, M. sativa L., M. lupulina L and M. truncatula cv. Jamelong)at branching stage under two different soil conditions were measured to study the plant growth and root nodule of different Medicago materials under different soil conditions. The results showed that except the Melilotoides ruthenica, the biomass of all other five materials was higher under the soil condition with higher available N and P content. In addition, except the M. varia Martin. cv. Caoyuan No. 3, the root nodule number and weight of other five materials were larger under more fertile soil condition. Furthermore, at soil condition with higher N and P availability, the biomass of plants had significantly positive correlation with number and weight of root nodule for all Medicago materials at branching stage.
