摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同采收期丹参不同部位丹参酮IIA的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为PhenomenexC18柱(4.60mm×250mm,5/μm);流动相为水(A)-甲醇(B)(75:25)等度洗脱,流速为1mL/min;检测波长为270nm,柱温25℃。结果:丹参酮IIA含量测定线性范围为3.24-97.2μg/mL,R2=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.1%。结论:不同采收期丹参不同部位丹参酮IIA含量有差异。
Objective: To establish a method for Tanshinone IIA for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methods:The Phenomenex C18 analytical column (4.60minx 250ram, 5fire) was used. The mobile phases comsisted of H20 and MeOH with isoeratie elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min,the detection wavelength was at 270 nm and the column temperature was at 25℃. Results: The method had good linear relationship within the range 3.24-97.2μg/mL of Tanshinone IIA, with the correlation coefficent higher as 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99.1% of Tanshinone IIA. Conclusion: There were certain concentrations of Tanshinone IIA in different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge in different harvest.
