摘要
目的:探究中医是否可以通过下调Treg细胞的数量而对肿瘤治疗起到增效作用。方法:从中国知网、Pubmed等数据库中收集整理国内外相关文献,综述并分析Treg细胞与肿瘤的关系以及中药、针刺、艾灸等中医治疗手段对调节性T细胞的作用。结果:Treg细胞与肿瘤免疫逃逸密切相关,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起着极为重要的作用,中医治疗可通过下调Treg细胞的数量、活性等避免肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸,提高机体免疫力。结论:中医可通过下调Treg细胞数量而发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Objective： To investigate whether traditional Chinese medicine has positive effect on anti-tumor by downregulating Treg cells. Methods ： This study collects the related literature at home and abroad of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor from Chinese HowNet and PubMe, then analysisand review the relationship between Treg cells and tumor as well as the effects of traditional Chi nese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion et. al on regulatory T cells. Results： Treg cells is related to tumor immune escape,it plays an extremely important role in the occurrence and development of tumors , Chinese medicine treatment could down-regulate Treg cells to avoid tumor immune escape and improve the immunity of patients. Conclusion. Traditional Chinese medicine can exert anti- tumor effect by downregulating the expression of Treg ceils.
