金振口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Kim Jin liquid Combined with Ribavirin in the Treatment of Children Herpes Angina

目的:研究金振口服液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组患儿采用利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上加用金振口服液治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组患儿体温恢复、疱疹和溃疡消失及进食时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),组间临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金振口服液联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿可明显缩短患儿临床症状、体征持续时间,迅速恢复正常体温,消退口腔疱疹、溃疡,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective：The purpose of comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of oral ribavirin Kim JiM drugs in children herpes angina. Methods ： 60 cases of herpes angina children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Children with the control group using ribavirin spray treatment , observation group of patients on the basis of the control group and treatment with JiM Zhen oral liquid, compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of children. Results： After treatment, the study group patients body temperature recovery, herpes and ulcers disappear and eating times are less than the control group, the treatment efficiency （93.33 %） than the control group （76.67%~）, Clinical curative effect comparison between group differences statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：By giving children herpes angina and oral gold vibrator oral spray ribavirin, significantly reduced clinical symptoms, duration of symptoms, quickly returned to normal body temperature, cure oral herpes, ulcers, with a high clinical application value.
