摘要
风电出力具有随机性、波动性和反调峰性,其大规模接入电网后,对系统调峰平衡带来较大负面影响并制约系统对风电的消纳能力。研究了一种考虑需求响应的风电穿透功率极限计算方法。将需求响应控制作为提升系统消纳风电能力的手段,以系统消纳风电能力最大为优化目标,同时考虑系统常规发电机组的运行约束,构建了基于电价灵敏度理论的风电穿透功率极限计算模型。以实际电网数据进行计算。结果表明所提方法能够提升系统对风电的消纳能力,验证了本文所提方法的有效性和正确性。
The load balance of power system will be negatively influenced by the randomness variation and anti-peaking characteristics of wind power output when connected by wind power. Furthermore, the consumptive capacity of wind power is seriously restricted. This paper studies the calculation method of wind power penetration limit considering demand response. A computation model of wind power penetration limit is constructed based on the price sensitivity theory with the consideration of operating constraints of conventional generators. The consumptive capaeity of wind power is enhanced by demand response control with the objectives of consumptive wind power capacity of maximum optimization in this model. The correctness and validity of the calculation model and algorithm is verified based on the actual power system example. The simulation results show that the presented control method can improve the economic benefits of wind power system and the wind power penetration limit.
