摘要
电动汽车(Electric Vehicle,EV)充电负荷在时间上和空间上均具有不确定性,其接入电网会对传统电力系统带来不可忽视的影响,现阶段还未出现对EV充电负荷并网经济性评估的数学量化方法。建立了基于高斯分布的EV充电负荷曲线,采用电力系统随机生产模拟的方法,在考虑系统电力不足概率(LOLP)和电量不足期望值(EENS)2个供电可靠性指标条件下,计算比较无序充电、局部有序充电和全局有序充电3种方案下系统的燃煤量。实例计算结果表明,通过对EV有序充电控制不仅可以实现能源节约,还可以提高系统供电可靠性和容量使用率。文中实现了对电动汽车有序充电效益的数学量化,对EV充电负荷并网经济性评估有积极的借鉴意义。
The Electric vehicles (EVs)charging load which has spatial and temporal uncertainty, has significant influence on the traditional power system. Mathematical methods to economic evaluation of EV charging load connected to network have not yet appeared. EV charging load curve based on the Gaussian distribution is proposed in this paper firstly. Considering the system supply reliability index, i.e. loss of load probability(LOLP) and expected energy not supplied (EENS), this paper applies power system prohabilistie production simulation method to calculate the amount of coal burning under three different schemes: disordered charging, local and global orderly charging. The calculation example shows that by controlling the EV charging can not only save energy, but also improve system's reliability and capacity utilization. A mathematical method is proposed to evaluate EV coordinated charging benefits, which has positive significance to similar issues.
