摘要
在总结分析现有变电站管型母线在线监测缺陷的基础上,提出一种基于激光测距的变电站管型母线在线监测解决方案。通过对管型母线位移监测原理的详尽分析,揭示了管型母线位移监测误差机理,并构建了严密的误差传递函数模型,同时研制出一套管型母线监测软硬件平台,并成功运用于某220 kV变电站。现场试运行工况分析表明,该在线监测系统能够及时、准确地反映不同环境参量下位移的变化规律,为变电站管型母线的安全可靠运行提供了有效保障。
Based on the defects analysis of tubular busbar online monitoring, the solution based on laser ranging for tubular busbar online monitoring is proposed. Through the analysis to the principle of displacement monitoring, the mechanism to produce monitoring error is described. The rigorous error transfer function model is constructed. A set of tubular busbar monitor software & hardware platform is manufactured and applied successfully in certain 220 kV substation. The site operation condition shows that the online monitoring system can timely and accurately reflect the variety regulation of the displacement under different environmental parameters, supply effective insurance for the safe & reliable operation for tubular basbar in substation.
