摘要
防跳回路能够有效地避免断路器"跳跃"的发生,但如果防跳回路设计不合理,会引起防跳回路失效从而无法实现防跳功能。针对现场遇到的一起防跳回路异常情况,提出了3种解决方法,并对各种方法进行实际分析,建议在监视回路中串接一防跳继电器常闭结点,现场证明该方法具是合理和有效的,保证了电网的安全运行。
The anti-bouncing circuit of the breaker can avoid the occurrence of frequent kick-downs effectively. If the design of anti- bouncing circuit is unreasonable or the parameters of the anti-bouncing relay do not match to the control loop,the function of the anti-bouncing will lose. In the light of the abnormality in anti-bouncing circuit, three solutions are put forward. After the analysis to above-mentioned solutions, it is suggested to connect one normally-closed node in series in monitor circuit. The site practice has proved that the method is reasonable and effective, can ensure the safe operation of power grid.
