摘要 对某2×300 MW CFB机组电厂的引风机变频改造后,其叶轮在运行中出现叶片裂纹、断裂的故障。分析了故障原因并提出了有效的解决方案,保证了引风机在变频方式下的安全稳定运行,并为同类型引风机变频改造后出现类似问题提供了借鉴和指导。 The causes of impeller failure that crack appeared in the blades and the blades broke off in operation have been analyzed after variable frequency retrofitting of the induced draught fan in certain 2×300 MW CFB units power plant. The expected effect has been achieved after the effective solution is proposed and implemented. And it can ensure the safe and stable operation of induced draught fan under variable frequency mode. The paper can provide reference and guidance after variable frequency retrofitting of similar induced draught fan.
