Since the adoption of a reform and opening policy, Chinese peasant＇s rationality developed in thousand years has help create the ＇ Developing Miracle of China＇. In the transformation period, peasant＇s rationality, including their pursuing of thrift, stability, re＇ ciprocity and learning, facilitates China＇s rising in a peaceful and civilized way. This argument is a strong rebuttal for various forms of “China Threat” .
