动脉脉搏波与冠心病患者的病变程度及PCI术后无复流的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者动脉脉搏波(pulse wave velocity,PWV)值与冠状动脉的病变程度及经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后无复流的相关影响。方法对350例拟行PCI术的确诊冠心病患者术前予以测定PWV,用校正的心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床试验(TIMI)帧数(Corrected TIMI Frame Count)评价血流情况。结果 PWV 1 400以下为72例(A组),其中冠状动脉单支病变的45例、双支病变的21例、三支病变的6例;PWV 1400~1 800为136例(B组),其中冠状动脉单支病变的48例、双支病变的61例、三支病变的27例;PWV 1 800以上为142例(C组),其中冠状动脉单支病变的27例、双支病变的66例、三支病变的49例。350例患者PCI术后有44例发生无复流,A组为5例、B组为15例、C组为24例。结论冠心病患者PWV与冠状动脉的病变程度及PCI术后无复流的发生明显相关:即PWV越高,冠心病的病变程度更重且更易于PCI术中出现无复流。
