摘要 论述船用螺旋桨分类与制造材料,并对国内外螺旋桨加工主要装备进行分类阐述。通过对国内外螺旋桨研究成果的回顾、总结和归纳,分别从船用螺旋桨铸造技术、螺旋桨焊接技术、螺旋桨数控加工技术以及数字化检测技术等方面,国内外螺旋桨关键制造技术的发展现状进行阐述。总结船用螺旋桨制造技术的特征,指出螺旋桨未来研究的趋势。 This paper discusses the classification of marine propeller and its manufacturing materials and the main equipment of propeller processing at home and abroad are classified explained. Through the review of the domestic and international propeller research result, and its summary and induction, we will introduce the development status of propeller key manufacturing technology at home and abroad in detail from the following aspects: the marine propeller casting technology, the propeller welding technology, the propeller CNC machining technology and digital detection technology. The paper concludes the characteristics of marine propeller manufacturing technology and point out the future trend of propeller research.
