17β-雌二醇对人羊膜细胞β-防御素-4(HBD-4)表达调节的影响

摘要 目的探讨17β-雌二醇(E2)对人羊膜细胞内β-防御素-4(HBD-4)基因表达的影响。方法体外培养的人羊膜细胞内添加17β-雌二醇(2n M)培养4h、8h、12h、24h,同时各时间点设相应的对照组(Control组),通过real-time RT-PCR技术检测17β-雌二醇对人羊膜细胞内HBD-4 m RNA的表达变化的影响。结果 17β-雌二醇可上调人羊膜细胞中HBD-4 m RNA的表达(P<0.05)。结论 HBD-4在女性妊娠期羊膜细胞宿主免疫防御中起着重要的作用。 Objective We investigated the expression of HBD-4 in human amniotic cells treated with 17β- estradiol (E2). Methods Expression of HBD-4 in human amniotic cells by stimuli using 17β- estradiol (2nM) for different time 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h was measured by real-time RT-PCR, while a control group in each time point. Results The produnetion of HBD-4 was increased inducibly by 17β-estradiol (P〈0.05). Conclusion The HBD-4 plays an important role at innate host defense on pregnancy anmiotic cells.
