Sodium N-cyelohexylsulfamate has been used in manufacturing industry of food extensively, which is also named sodium cyclamate, but too much intake of it is hazardous to people＇s health potentially. This article provides essential references for an accurate detection, an effective control and a reasonable use by summarizing application status and detection methods of sodium N-cyelohexylsulfamate in food home in recent years.
