It clarifies the meaning of the concept of ＂lass＂in Hegel＇s philosophy of law .Hegel discusses the hierarchy theory in the framework of intrinsic logic of spirit development , which shows the rational mechanism . Because of the defects in the ideas and reality of different classes from the civil society , the civil society must be incorporated into the higher stage of political nation to achieve the real freedom .The distance between logic and reality doesn＇t make Hegel＇s social political ideal to be realized .
