椎间盘突出患者的MRI诊断评价分析

Analysis and evaluation of MRI in diagnosis of the patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨椎间盘突出患者的MRI诊断效果。方法:选择椎间盘突出症患者100例,对MRI诊断椎间盘突出患者的临床效果进行评估。结果:椎间盘突出患者在MRI影像表现上主要为椎间隙狭窄、椎间盘向后延伸及硬膜外脂肪线受压移位;MRI诊断准确率为99.0%。结论:椎间盘突出的MRI影像学确诊率高,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To study effect of MRI in diagnosis of intervertebral disc herniation patients. Methods： 100 cases of intervertebral disc herniation patients were selected, and the effects of MRI diagnosis were evaluated. Results ： The MRI images of the intervertebral disc herniation patients showed mainly intervertebral space narrowing, backward extension of intervertebral disc, and compression shift of epidural fat line. The MRI diagnostic accuracy was 99.0%. Conclusions ： The MRI imaging in the diagnosis of intervertebral disc herniation has a high diagnosis rate, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
