蓝光照射对新生儿褪黑素水平的影响

摘要 目的:观察蓝光照射对新生儿褪黑素水平的影响。方法:以正常新生儿脐动脉血清标本为对照组,以新生儿高胆红素血症患儿股静脉血清标本为观察组,根据观察组患儿蓝光照射后有无不良反应,又分为有不良反应组和无不良反应组,用酶联免疫分析法检测血清褪黑素值并比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗前后褪黑素值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蓝光照射后有不良反应组褪黑素值与无不良反应组患儿差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蓝光照射对新生儿褪黑素水平无影响,蓝光照射时患儿出现的腹泻、哭闹、皮疹与褪黑素水平无明显相关性。
