广东农村地区房屋现状调查及防灾能力分析

Survey and Disaster Prevention Analysis of Rural Housing in Guangdong Province

为了解广东地区新农村建设房屋防灾能力现状,本文从建筑形式、建筑材料、建筑工艺等方面入手,通过对广东省内9个城市15个农村的房屋开展实地调研及问卷调查,结合广东省常见自然灾害情况,对农村地区的房屋情况及防灾能力现状进行了详细的统计与分析。结果表明,广东农村地区大部分的房屋在选址、勘探、选型、选材、施工、验收等方面普遍存在不足,结构形式单一、施工工艺落后、造价相对低廉、缺乏专业指导等问题是这些房屋没有达到防灾减灾要求的主要原因。最后结合实际情况提出了防灾减灾的规划建议,可为新农村建设提供参考。

In order to find out the current situation of disaster prevention capability of rural housing in Guangdong province, field research and questionnaire survey of 15 villages from 9 cities in Guangdong province are selected based on architectural forms, building materials and construction process. Combining with the common natural disasters in Guangdong province, a detailed statistics and analysis of the situation of rural housing and disaster prevention capability are carried out. The result indicates that most of the rural housing in Guangdong province have deficiencies in site selection, exploration of foundation, structure selection, material selection,construction process and acceptance inspection. Unitary structure forms, backward construction technology, relative low cost and lack of professional guidance are the main reasons why these houses do not meet the requirements of disaster prevention and mitigation. At last, some suggestions of disaster prevention and mitigation are proposed to provide a reference for the new rural construction.
