摘要
故障保护以电流对人体的效应为基础,通常以约定时间/电压区域作为判断依据。提出保护等电位联结和自动切断电源的故障保护应根据最新的IEC 60479系列标准对约定时间以及接触电压阈值作出相应调整,以保障人身安全。
The fault protection is based on the current on body effect and is usually judged according to conventional time/voltage zone. The paper proposes that the fault protection for protective equipotential bonding and automatically cutting off the power supply shall have the conventional time and touch voltage threshold vales adjusted accordingly as per latest IEC 60479 standards to safeguard the personal safety.
