航海职教培训质量评价标准与指标体系研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation Standard and Indicator System for the Training of Nautical Education for Vocational Students

随着国际航运中心和国际航运人才市场的东移,我国现有的航海人才知识、素质和能力结构已不能适应国际航运事业对高级专门人才的需求,要实现国家海运强国、海员强国、海洋强国的战略发展目标,必须大力提高航海职业教育培训的质量和水平。从分析航海职业教育培训特色和教育培训质量要素入手,阐述航海职业教育培训质量评价指标体系设计。

With the international shipping center and personnel market＇s shifting eastwards, the knowledge, quality and ability of our nautical personnel can no longer fulfill the needs for senior profes- sionals in the international nautical career. To become the powerful nation among maritime shipping, mariners and marine, quality and the level of training of vocational nautical education must be im- proved. By analyzing the features and main factors of the training, this paper explains the design of quality evaluation and indicator system for vocational nautical education training.
