摘要
论文结合台湾访学过程中考察内容和学习经历,阐述了台湾教师多元升等制度的具体内容,深入分析推行多元升等制度的背景以及该制度对于台湾技职教育发展的影响,并在此基础上探讨台湾多元升等制度对天津职业教育的启示。
The paper expounds the diversified upgrade rules of teachers in Taiwan in detail com- bines with the learning experience and investigation content of the visit to schools in Taiwan, deeply an- alyzes the effect of advocating diversified upgrade rules to the development of technical and vocational education in Taiwan. Based on this, discusses the inspiration to Tianjin vocational education.
