关于社区管理与服务专业课程体系研究的调研报告

Investigation and Research Report on Community Management and Service Curriculum System

社区管理与服务专业课程体系的建设和完善有利于提升社区专业人才的培养质量。本文通过对区域内社区单位的调查研究,分析了河北区社区工作者结构现状、岗位及能力需求和人才培养目标对课程体系研究的影响,得出社区管理与服务专业的课程体系的构建应首先满足社区岗位的内在需求,同时推行模块化的方式,还要不断拓宽校内外实训基地的内涵建设。

Construction and supplement of community management and service curriculum system is beneficial to improve community professionals＇ training quality. This paper investigates and resear- ches communities in the local area, analyzes the influence to the research of curriculum system by the current community stuff structure, positions, capability requirements and personnel training goals. Gives the conclusion that the construction of community and service curriculum system should firstly ful- fill the needs of community positions while propelling the method of modulation, then keep enlarging the intension construction of the training base inside and outside school.
