摘要
海上一体化信息基础设施是建立在海军乃至全军各种信息设备基础上,为海军各级指挥自动化系统和武器系统提供来自海陆空天潜的数据、信息和知识的集成、管理、共享、检索以及分发的系统。论文通过对美军网络中心战以及全球信息栅格技术的分析,提出了我国海军基于信息栅格的海上一体化信息基础设施总体框架以及基于服务的海上一体化信息基础设施模型,同时对系统的信息体系、信息的传输体系、信息的处理和管理体系、信息服务等关键问题进行了分析和阐述。
Maritime integrated information infrastructure technology is a system that is built on the various information equipments within navy or even in the whole armed forces ,and provides integration ,management ,sharing ,retrieval and dis‐tribution on land ,sea ,air and space data ,information and knowledge to all levels of naval command automatic system and weapon systems .This paper proposes the overall framework of the information grid‐based maritime integrated information infrastructure ,as well as its model ,by analyzing the American military network centric warfare and the global information grid .Moreover ,it also analyzes and introduces key issues of information system ,information transfer system ,information processing and management system ,the information service .
