方观承《直隶河渠书》稿本问题研究

Research Concerning Scripts of Fang Guancheng's Zhili Rivers and Canals Records

《直隶河渠书》是乾隆时期直隶总督方观承延请学者编纂的一部水利志书,并未正式成书,有稿本存世。在编纂者上,戴震与余萧客参与编纂的先后问题有争论,从时间衔接来看,余先戴后的可能性更大一些。关于《直隶河渠书》的书名与卷数,史籍记载不一。书名不同与《直隶河渠书》并未成书以及先后有多位学者主持编纂有关;卷数上前人论述有误,现存卷数当为90卷。《直隶河渠书》稿本至少有四:戴震家藏本、赵一清家藏本、直隶总督署本和张锦麟、胡亦常抄本。

Zhili Rivers and Canals Records is a set of local records concerning water conservancy that was compiled by scholars employed by Fang Guancheng,the Qianlong period Zhili Viceroy.The book was not officially published but the scripts were preserved.In terms of its compilers,there have been disagreements about whether Dai Zhen was before or after Yu Xiaoke in joining in the compilation,but the likelihood of Yu before Dai was greater when looking at the issue from the angle of linkage of time.There have also been different recordings of the title and volumes of the book in historical documents.The reason why there have been different titles for the book is related to the fact that the book was not officially published and there were more than one scholar who had taken part in the compilation.In terms of volumes,there have been mistakes in former recordings,and the current existing volumes should be 90 volumes.There have been at least four scripts of the book:the Dai Zhen family collection copy,the Zhao Yiqing family collection copy,the Zhili Viceroy residence collection copy,and the Zhang Jinlin and Hu Yichang hand-transcribed copy.
