5S管理在电网建设施工中的应用

电力建设作为专业性较强的建设工程,传统的施工现场管理模式已经越来越难以适应当前形势的要求。笔者以广州供电局的一个电力基建工程为例,详细介绍了5S管理活动在电网建设施工中的应用过程,通过5S管理改变了以往工程施工粗放式管理的模式,使施工在安全文明、标准化、规范化管理方面更加完善,为提高电网建设管理水平起到了一定的示范作用。

Since electric power construction requires high professionalism, it is becoming increasingly harder for traditional on-site management to adapt to the current situation. An electric power construction project from Guangzhou Power Supply Company is taken as an example to introduce the application of 5S Management in details, which illustrates how 5S Management improves the project to be a safer and standardized process. It plays an exemplary role for project management of power grid construction.
