This paper introduces current coal economic operation situation and from the point of coal enterprise management innovation, puts forward to use the five big effective ways such as grasping the opportunity in the face of a new energy revolution, breaking enterprise organizational boundaries, constructing new mode of cooperative innovation and using standardized system to comprehensively upgrade enterprise management level, to promote transformation and promotion of coal enterprises.
