On the background of the management with combination of informatization and industrialization in Henan Kaixiang Chemical Co., LTD, this paper presents that Henan Kaixiang Chemical Co., LTD targets on realization of strategy and system, improving efficiency and profits, based on enterprise development strategy and current situation of the industry, formulates scientific strategy, specific targets and implementation procedures for combination of informatization and industrialization. It establishes a three-level organizational system and training ＆ assessing system, which is effectively combined with business team, and vigorously promotes the effective integration of production control, industrial chain collaboration, business control and administrative office systems, to build a unified platform for collaborative work and information sharing platform. It achieves standardized, timely and concise operation and management, through which operation efficiency and management efficiency are significantly improved.
