摘要
随着国家宏观经济增速放缓、能源结构调整及节能减排等政策措施的实施,煤炭需求持续低迷,价格回落,企业利润大幅下滑,煤炭营销中的市场风险、赊销风险、合同履约风险将逐步加剧。全面介绍了煤炭营销重点风险防控主要涉及客户信用风险、应收账款风险、销售价格风险和法律风险的防控,并依据煤炭营销工作实践对煤炭营销风险的防控重点进行了分析探索,提出了相应的防范对策。
In the background of the slowing of national c growth and launching if national policies for restructuring and reform for energy industry and for remission reduction, coal industry is undergoing a situation with lower demand, lower prices, sharply reducing profits, and coal enterprises are facing more risks such as marketing risks, credit risks, risks for breach of contract and so on.This paper makes a comprehensive introduction about the highlights of risk control in coal marketing, mainly covering risks for client credit, accounts receivable, prices, and legal risks. It makes analysis and study on the key points for risk prevention and control based on the actual marketing work, and puts forward respective prevention countermeasures.
