摘要
管道通径检测器是用来准确定位油气管道变形位置及变形量的重要手段之一。针对传统的接触式通径检测器探头易磨损、通过性能差等缺陷,本文提出一种基于非接触式大位移多通道电涡流检测技术的新型管道通径检测器。本文重点介绍该新型通径检测器的工作原理、结构及工作过程。研发的原理样机在DN159 mm管道中进行的拖拉试验结果表明,该检测器整体性能达到设计指标,能够在一定程度上取代接触式通径检测器。
This paper focus on designing a Non-contact Caliper pig that eddy current sensors can re- motely measure inner diameter changes of the pipeline, identify pipeline fittings or characteristics, an- daeknowledge their position. TheNon-contact is based on large displacement multi-channel eddy cur- rent technology,fundamentally avoid the traditional contact Caliper pigdisadvantagethat contact probe directlyrubwith the inner wall of the pipe. The pig experimented in DN159 mm pipeline proved that Non-contact Caliper pig is characterized with strong anti-jamming capability, superior passingper- formance and accurate location.
