Objective:To explore regional brain functional changes of remitted depression using a resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging( fMRI)and regional homogeneity( ReHo). Method:Nineteen patients with remitted depression( patients group)and 14 well-matched heathly controls( controls group)un-derwent fMRI scan. Two-sample t-test was used to compare ReHo between patients group and controls group. Resuits:Compared with the controls, the remitted depression patients showed increased ReHo in the left medial superior frontal gyrus(t=4. 070,P〈0. 01)and fusiform gyrus(t=3. 855,P〈0. 01),and decreased ReHo in the left middle temporal gyrus(t= -4. 851,P〈0. 01),left inferior parietal lobule(t= -4. 459,P〈0. 01)and right cuneus(t= -3. 477,P〈0. 01). Conciusion:The remitted depression is associated with abnormal func-tioning of certain brain regions.
