摘要
台北大众捷运系统线网已接近完整,其中万大线为台北大众捷运系统的第三期线网,万大车辆段所在位置相当特殊,为板桥、中和与土城之交界;在寸土寸金的都会区及有限的土地资源下,捷运规划应赋予土地开发的附加价值。因此,本项目在设计过程中,除了不影响车辆段的既有功能外,营运模式、防洪设施、预留联合开发大楼需求,以及噪声振动等因素均需要逐一考虑,此外充分利用邻近保护区与土地开发之结合,以提高本项目的功能与效益。
Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) network is close to complete, in which Wanda line is among the third phase of Taipei MRT network. The site of Wanda depot is quite special and is located in the junction of New Taipei city. Under the condition of high cost in the metropolitan area with limited land resources, MRT system planning and implementing should be given the additional value of land development. Therefore, it is important that depot design not only maintains the existing function, but also requires to consider operational mode, flood prevention facility, joint development reservation of the build- ing, and noise and vibration, etc. In addition to taking advantage of the protection of neighboring area and land development, it will improve the functions and benefits of this project.
