摘要
目的探讨批量爆炸伤患者的救治流程与有效组织管理方法。方法迅速启动批量伤员救治应急预案，合理明确分工，实施高效救治与组织管理。结果患者得到了及时有效的治疗。结论有效的救治与组织管理在突发公共卫生事件中发挥重要作用，提高了护理团队的救治能力，锻炼了护理人员的应急能力，得到了社会、政府、家属、同行的认可。
Objective To explore treatment procedures for mass casualty with blast injury and the approaches necessary for effective organization and management. Methods A contingency plan was initiated swiftly to treat and rescue mass casualty. Each task was rationally divided and related treatment procedures and management strategies were effectively implemented. Results Patients were treated effectively and promptly. Conclusion It is essential to provide effective strategies for treatment and management in public health emergencies. These approaches are beneficial for nursing staff to improve their abilities to treat and rescue in emergency, which have been approved by the society, the government, family members involved and the peer.
