摘要
介绍了一种基于本体的影像报告质量控制知识库的知识组织与建模方法。方法有四个步骤,首先分析影像报告的组成结构,其次整理报告上下文的术语及其术语间的关系,第三发现并定义术语的特征属性,最后通过protege平台的"类+属性+语义"来管理影像报告知识的本体模型。本体是一种计算机可读的数据结构,是知识库中定义和注释数据语义的数据模型。
This paper introduces an ontology-driven method of knowledge representation and knowledge modeling for guiding image reporting quality control base. The method has four steps, the first analysis of the composition of the structure of radiology reports, followed by managing context of terms and the relationship between terms, characteristic attributes and definitions of terms found in the third, and finally through the protege platform defined "category + attribute + semantics " to display the ontology-driven knowledge model. Ontology is a computer-readable data structure and a knowledge semantic annotation data model.
