移动信息技术在医疗行业的应用,为传统医疗行业带来了新的运营方式,同时移动医疗作为一个独立的产业,也将迎来巨大的发展。医院信息化部门的工作是要结合医院现实需求,使用先进的信息技术解决医院日常工作遇到的问题。介绍了医院为解决门诊挂号缴费排队时间长的现实问题,利用微信公众平台提供的基础功能和API接口,向就诊者提供预约挂号、门诊缴费、报告查询服务的实现过程和实施经验。医院微信服务平台的实现,有效减少了就诊患者的排队时间,显著减轻了门诊人流量压力,提升了医院的服务水平。
The application of mobile information technology in the medical industry has brought the new way of operating for the traditional medical industry. At the same time, as an independent industry, mobile health will have great development. The job of information department in the hospital is to combine the hospital' s real demand and use the advanced information technology to solve the problems encountered by the hospital in the routine work. To solve the practical problem of long queuing time for outpatient registration and payment, the basic functions and API interface are provided with WeChat public platform, so as to provide patients with appointment, outpatient payment and report query service. The implementation process and implementation experience are introduced. The hospital WeChat service platform effectively reduces the queuing time of patients, significantly reduces the flow of people of outpatient service and improves the service level of the hospital.
