Design and Implementation of Intelligent Reminder of Clinical Medication System Based on Medical Platform

临床用药智能提醒系统能有效辅助临床医生合理用药、智能用药。基于医联平台的临床用药智能提醒系统,能对各个医院的不同患者给予不同种类级别的用药提醒,包括用药剂量、用药禁忌、配伍禁忌、人群适用等。智能提醒系统主要包括四个方面的提醒功能:处方/医嘱提醒,诊断相关提示,患者相关提示以及儿童用药等,在区域医疗的医疗质量管理方面做了有效的探索。

The intelligent reminder of clinical medication system based on medical platform can effectively assist clinicians in rational drug using and intelligent drug using. It gives different levels of the medication reminder for different patients include the dosage, contraindications, incompatibility. The intelligent reminder system mainly includes four functions： the function of prescription reminding and orders reminding, diagnosis tips, related prompt patients and children＇s medication.
