Design and Realization of the Interface Between HIS and Provincial Medicare Platform

目的:实现医院HIS系统与湖北省医保结算平台接口的对接处理。方法:根据省平台接口要求,对HIS系统的相关程序进行了大规模的改造。结果:接口应用以来,能及时有效地结算、补偿省医保患者的医疗费用,效果明显。结论:该接口具有操作简单、实用性强、开发成本低、兼容性好等特点,具有很好的推广应用前景。

Objective： To realize the interface of HIS with settlement platform in Hubei Medicare. Methods： According to the provincial platform interface requirements, we develop the interface in many HIS system. Results： The system facilitated the timely and effective compensation of the patient, the effect is obvious. Conclusion：The interface is simple, practical, low development cost, compatibility, etc., with good promotion prospects.
