摘要
利用熔体反应法制备了一种Al-1.6B-0.4C中间合金,并用于细化AZ63合金。X射线衍射分析结果表明,中间合金Al-1.6B-0.4C的相组成除α-Al外,还有Al B2相和Al3BC相。在730℃下加入2.0 wt.%的Al-1.6B-0.4C中间合金,可以使AZ63合金的晶粒尺寸由350μm左右细化至60μm左右。AZ63铸态合金的布氏硬度由56.5增加至65.2,T6热处理后其布氏硬度会由62.0增加到71.7,提高15.6%。
Al-1.6B-0.4C master alloy grain refiner was prepared for the grain refinement of AZ63 alloy through melt reaction process. X-ray diffraction spectrum shows that the A1-1.6B-0.4C master alloy is composed of α-A1 phase, A1B2 and AlsBC. With 2.0wt.% Al-1.6B-0.4C master alloy addition at 730℃, the grain size of AZ63 alloy can be decreased from approximately 350μm to 60 Ixm. What is more, the hardness (HB) of AZ63 as-cast alloy can be enhanced from 56.5 to 65.2, and the hardness (HBW) of AZ63 alloy can be enhanced from 62.0 to 71.7 after T6 heat treatment, which is increased by 15.6%.
