摘要
针对ZL114A合金框架铸件的特点,分析了框架铸件铸造工艺要点,开展了ZL114A合金成分优化、合金组织细化、熔体处理、铸件铸造工艺方案设计、铸造CAE数值仿真技术及铸件热处理变形控制技术的研究。研制结果表明:通过采用高纯原料、合金成分优化、合金组织细化、合金熔体纯净化处理、热处理制度优化,使ZL114A合金的性能大幅度提高;铸件采用低压浇注方法,缝隙式浇注系统,厚大部位放置冷铁的铸造工艺,研制出的铸件内部质量优良,达到设计要求;通过设计热处理工装对框架支架铸件热处理淬火尺寸变形进行控制,结合采用液压静压力校正工艺,使铸件尺寸达到设计要求。
Based on the ZL114A frame casting and the characteristics of ZL114A alloy, the frame casting foundry process key points were analyzed; the optimization ofZL114A composition and refinement of the alloy, melt treatment, foundry process design and CAE numerical simulation technology, casting deformation and heat treatment were studied. The results show that by using high purity raw material, alloy composition optimization, refinement of the alloy, the alloy melt purification treatment, heat treatment optimization, the performances of ZL114A alloy increases greatly;, casting by using of low pressure casting method, slot gating system, and chill in thick area, show excellent internal quality, meet the design requirements; through design heat treatment tooling and deformation control, combined with hydraulic static pressure adjusting casting size, the size of casting meet the design requirements.
