摘要
U型螺旋增压扩散器是一种壁厚较薄,结构复杂的新型高压泵的关键部件。采用精密铸造工艺生产,铸件的清砂十分困难。为此,在清壳工艺设计上,采用了超高压水力清砂,通过设计的高压水力清砂室和工艺装备,并借助手工碳弧气刨、异形锉、产品矫正工具等工艺手段,解决了U型螺旋增压扩散器的清砂问题。
The U type spiral booster diffuser is a key component of the complex structure of the new high pressure pump with thin wall. The precision casting process was adopted for U spiral booster diffuser, and the cleaning sand is very difficult. Therefore, the cleaning shell process has been designed with ultra high pressure hydro-blasting. The problem of cleaning sand for U type spiral booster diffuser was solved by designing high pressure hydro-blasting room and process equipment, and with the help of handmade carbon arc air gouging, special file, and product correction tool.
