摘要
目的研究传统机械法和激光法两种辅助孵化技术对冻融胚胎移植的种植率和临床妊娠率的影响,并对比两种方法的差异。方法 147例FET患者共分为3组,PZD组(n=48)胚胎透明带采用PZD方法削薄;LAH组(n=62)胚胎采用LAH方法削薄;对照组(n=37)不采用任何辅助孵化技术,直接移植。比较三组的种植率和临床妊娠率。结果 PZD组和LAH组种植率均高于对照组(22.4%、23.6%vs 10%,P<0.05),LAH组临床妊娠率高于对照组(43.5%vs 21.6%,P<0.05)。两种方法之间在种植率、临床妊娠率和多胎率方面均无差异(22.4%vs 23.6%;39.6%vs 43.5%;42.1%vs 29.6%。P>0.05)。结论 PZD和LAH法均可提高冻融胚胎种植率,两种方法之间无差异。
Objective: To study the influence of traditional partial zona dissection (PZD) and Laser-assisted hatching (LAH) on the implantation of embryo and pregnancy outcome in freezing embryo transfer (FET) cycle, and to report the differences between the PZD method and LAH method. Methods: 147 infertile patients underwent freezing embryo transfer (FET) were divided into three groups, PZD group included 48 cases used PZD method as aissisted hatching technique and LAH group included 62cases used LAH method as aissisted hatching technique. No aissisted hatching technique were used in 37cases as control group. Pregnancy outcome were compared among three groups. Results. The implantation rates of PZD group and LAH group increased significantly compared with the control group (22.4%, 23.6%vs 10%, P〈0.05) . The clinical pregnancy rates of LAH group increased significantly compared with the control group (43.5%vs 21.6%, P〈0.05) . there was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rates, implantation rates and multiple gestation rate between two methodes (22.4%vs 23.6%; 39.6%vs 43.5%; 42.1%vs 29.6%0 P〉0.05) . Conclusion: PZD and LAH may markely increased on the implantation of embryo in freezing embryo transfer (FET) cycle. There was no differense in two mathodes as assisted hatching techniques.
