AEG-1在卵巢癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)在卵巢癌中的表达及其与相关临床病理因素之间的关系。方法选取2011年11月至2013年10月在该院行手术的卵巢癌患者50例,采用免疫组化检测50例卵巢癌组织中AEG-1蛋白表达水平,并通过统计学分析AEG-1与卵巢癌各临床病理参数的关系。结果卵巢癌组织片中AEG-1蛋白阳性表达率为76.0%(38/50),其表达主要定位于胞浆和胞膜。AEG-1表达与卵巢癌临床分期和淋巴结转移具有明显相关相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、肿瘤的分化程度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 AEG-1在卵巢癌的进展过程中起着关键性作用,有可能成为判断卵巢癌预后的有效分子指标。
