世界贸易组织发展趋势及我国对策 被引量：2

摘要 世贸规则谈判进展缓慢而区域贸易自由化谈判备受青睐,最惠国待遇原则的意义日渐衰落,世界贸易组织(WTO)正逐渐丧失其在国际贸易治理中的中心地位。适应国际贸易形势的新变化与新趋势,WTO基于贸易政策审查机制(TPRM)和区域贸易协定委员会,通过建立FTA网络系统,以寻求在协调自由贸易协定(FTA)规则方面发挥新的作用,成为WTO发展的必然选择。对此,我国有必要在对外贸易政策制定、自贸区协定谈判等方面进行相应调整。
