摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定七味清咽气雾剂中苦参碱、射干苷和次野鸢尾黄素的含量。方法 色谱柱为Agilent Zorbas Stablebond C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相组成为乙腈(A)-甲醇(B)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(C),梯度洗脱,检测波长为251nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1m L·min-1。结果 苦参碱、射干苷和次野鸢尾黄素分别在0.25~125μg·m L-1,0.10~101μg·m L-1,0.12~234μg·m L-1范围呈良好的线性关系,与峰面积积分值的线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.5%~100.6%之间。结论 本方法 可用于测定七味清咽气雾剂中苦参碱、射干苷和次野鸢尾黄素的含量,结果 准确,重复性好。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of martine, belamcandin and irisflorentin in Qiweiqingyan aerosol. Method The optimum HPLC condition was as follows: Agilent Zorbas Stablebond C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution of acetonituile (A)- methanol(B)-0.1% phosphoric acid (C), detection wavelength:251 nm, column temperature: 30℃, flow rate:lmL·min-1. Results There were good linearity between peak areas and injection quantity of martine, belamcandin and irisflorentin within the range of 0.25-125 μg·mL -1, 0.10-101μg·mL-1, 0.12-234μg·mL-1.The average recoveries were between 98.5 %-100.6%. Conclusion The method could detect martine, belamcandin and irisflorentin in Qiweiqingyan aerosol. The HPLC measurement was reasonable, stable and accurate.
