血清降钙素原在社区获得性肺炎诊治中的价值

Application Value of Procalcitonin in Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在社区获得性肺炎诊治中的意义。方法选择重症肺炎患者54例,非重症肺炎患者54例以及健康体检者54例,对其血清PCT进行对比分析。并且对重症肺炎患者第1、3、5、7天进行血清PCT监测,根据预后分为好转组和非好转组进行对比分析。结果重症肺炎组比非重症肺炎组及健康体检组血清PCT显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症肺炎组经过7天治疗后,好转35例,非好转19例。非好转组第5、7天血清PCT显著高于同期好转组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT对社区获得性肺炎的临床诊断及病情严重程度评估具有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the application value of procalcitonin（PCT） in diagnosis and treatment of.pa- tients with community - acquired pneumonia. Methods Choose 54 cases of patients with evere pneumonia,54 cases of patients with non severe pneumonia and 54 cases of health subjects as the objects of study. The serum PCT in these groups was compared. While, the 54 cases of patients with severe pneumonia were adopted serum PTC detection on the firs, third, fifth and seventh day. According to the prognosi, the, 54 cases of patients ＂with severe pneumonia were divided into getting better group and no better group, and the serum PCT of them was compared. Results The serum PCT level in the patients with severe pneumonia was significantly higher than that in the patients with non severe pneumonia and health subjects （P 〈0. 05 ）. After seven days treatment,in the 54 severe pneumonia patient,35 cases get better and 19 cases no better. The level of serum PCT on the fifth and seventh day in getting no better group was significantly higher than that of getting better group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Serum PCT play an important role in clinical diagnosis and assessment of severity in community- acquired pneumonia.
