新型网络平台在全髋关节置换术优质护理体系中构建及应用效果分析

Analysis of the New Network Platform in Total Hip Replacement Quality Care System Building and Application Effect

目的 探讨网络平台在全髋关节置换术优质护理的干预效果。方法 对2011-06~2013-06收治的100例全髋关节置换术患者,运用随机数字表法将患者分成常规护理组和护理干预组,常规护理组采取常规的健康教育及出院指导,而护理干预组在常规护理的基础上通过网络平台进行延续性护理,比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪评分及其患者家属护理满意度。结果 随访12个月,两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪评分显著下降,护理干预组更为明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理干预组患者家属护理满意度为（100%）,显著高于常规护理组的88%,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 网络平台应用于全髋关节置换术优质护理效果确切,能够显著降低患者焦虑抑郁情绪程度,而且还能够有效的提高患者家属护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the network platform in the high quality nursing intervention effect of total hip replacement. Methods The 2011 -06 -20 -06 13 treated 100 patients with total hip replacement, using the method of random Numbers table divided patients into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group, routine nursing group to normal hospital health education and guidance, and nursing intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing through the network platform for continuity of care, compared two groups of patients with anxiety depression score and the patient＇s family nursing satisfaction. Results Followed up for 12 months, a significant reduction in the two groups of patients with anxiety depression score, nursing intervention group is more obvious, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Family nursing satisfaction for nursing intervention group patients （ 100% ）, significantly higher than that of routine nursing group 88%, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Network platform throughout hip replacement quality nursing effect is exact, can significantly reduce the degree of patients with anxiety depression, but also can effectively improve the patient＇s family care satisfaction, is worthy of popularization and application.
