护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用

The Role of Nurse's Hierarchical Management Mode to Improve Nursing Management Quality

目的对护士分层级管理模式提高护理管理质量的效果进行观察。方法选取100名护士实施分层级管理,对比实施前后护理的质量以及患者对于护理工作的满意度。结果实施分层级管理后护理的质量以及患者对于护理工作的满意度都比实施前高,并且前后差异明显(P<0.05)。结论为了提高护理管理的质量,使用护士分层级管理能够起到很好的效果,值得广泛使用。

Objective To observe the effect of nurse＇s hierarchical management to improve nursing management quality. Methods 100 nurses were selected to implement hierarchical management, the quality of nursing before and after the nursing implementation and the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing work were compared and ana- lyzed. Results The quality of nursing care after the implementation of hierarchical level management and the satisfaction of patients for nursing work were higher than before, there were significant differences before and after （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In order to improve the quality of nursing management, nurse hierarchical management could play a good effect, it was worth being widely used.
