摘要
机械设计教具对工科教学效果具有重要意义,传统教学中讲解凸轮传动时,过程繁琐,只停留在理论层面。文章设计研制一种盘形凸轮轮廓的形成原理及作图法教具:利用反转法原理,凸轮与从动件的相对运动不变,但凸轮静止不动,而从动件一方面随其导轨以一定的角速度转动,同时,又在导轨内做相对直线运动,尖底从动件在这种复合运动中的轨迹就是所要求凸轮的轮廓线;反过来,利用凸轮运动带动从动件竖直运动,同时,使平面画板做对应的水平运动,便能在画板上描绘出从动件的运动曲线。
Mechanical design aids important for engineering teaching effectiveness,while traditional teaching explain camming cumbersome process,just stop at the theoretical level.In this paper,the design and development of a disc-shaped cam profile and mapping aids forming principle: the use of the principle of reversal, the relative movement of the cam follower of the same, but the cam is stationary,while on the one hand with its follower rail with a constant angular velocity of rotation,while the relative linear motion made in the rail,in this complex motion trajectories sharp end of the cam follower is required contours; in turn,driven by the cam follower vertical movement movement, while the fiat Sketchpad do corresponding horizontal movement, on the drawing board will be able to depict motion curve follower.
